SET LIST Glory Hungry You’re Beautiful Beautiful Exchange What an awesome day! It was just like the “old days” when you’d go home after church, have lunch or a big Sunday dinner and come right back. I loved seeing the congregation respond so well to songs that are now in our regular rotation like You’re Beautiful. When folks know the tune well, they can enter into the truth of the song in such a powerful way. We also got to do Beautiful Exchange…what an amazing song! It was great to play this for the first time in the morning service and then to be able to carry the emotion of the lyrics into the evening by playing it again at SNT. I echo John’s enthusiasm in his post about SNT. We had many “Thirsty” services last year and SNT is picking up right where Thirsty left off. It is special to be able to LINGER in His presence. Waiting on the Holy Spirit to speak to us is something that we need in our corporate worship experiences as a church. I feel like it gives God an open door into our hearts and minds…a time when He can reveal Himself to us. SNT will also be a great time for folks to pray and share where they are in their walk with God. It’s a place where you can feel comfortable enough to be real with God and others.
